Roll-Off Driver

Responsibilities

  • Commitment to outstanding customer service

  • Safely operate roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up containers

  • Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding service needs

  • Inspect equipment daily and maintain cleanliness of vehicles

  • Follow all DOT and company safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class B (Class A preferred)

  • Clean driving record

  • Knowledge of local routes and basic truck maintenance

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors

  • Customer-focused attitude

CDL Driver
(Rear-Load)

Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned commercial waste vehicle

  • Ensure accurate and timely collection

  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections

  • Report mechanical issues promptly

Qualifications

  • CDL Class A or B

  • Previous waste industry or heavy-equipment experience preferred

  • Strong safety record

  • Ability to work early mornings and overtime when needed

Yard Technician / Container Maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Clean, repair, and paint dumpsters and roll-off containers

  • Assist with equipment upkeep and yard organization

  • Load/unload containers using forklifts or small machinery

Qualifications

  • Experience with basic tools, welding, or fabrication a plus

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
